Per integrar-nos una mica m\u00e9s entre els taiwanesos, i per fer-nos entendre, ja fa unes setmanes que tant l’Albert com jo hem comen\u00e7at les nostres respectives classes de xin\u00e8s. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, en escoles, horaris i ritmes diferents.<\/p>\n

Val a dir que tres hores de classe, de dilluns a divendres, donen per molt!! L’Albert, degut als horaris complicats i viatges diversos, va fent classes de tant en tant.<\/p>\n

La meva escola<\/a> est\u00e0 ben aprop de casa, nom\u00e9s haig de creuar el parc :) I la meva classe sembla una petita delegaci\u00f3 de l’ONU: hi ha un noi nord-americ\u00e0, un itali\u00e0, una japonesa i un noi de Vietnam, que li veiem poc el p\u00e8l. I la professora (laoshi<\/em>), que \u00e9s taiwanesa, no parla quasi gens d’angl\u00e8s, aix\u00ed que tota la classe \u00e9s xin\u00e8s! Ens d\u00f3na bastanta canya i hem de fer deures i estudiar cada dia, en fi, com si tornessim a estar a l’escola.<\/p>\n

Del xin\u00e8s mandar\u00ed podr\u00edem dir que la gram\u00e0tica, a difer\u00e8ncia del catal\u00e0 o castall\u00e0, \u00e9s for\u00e7a senzilla. Ara b\u00e9, la pronunciaci\u00f3 (els male\u00efts cinc tons!) i els car\u00e0cters xinesos s\u00f3n una altra cosa. Per comen\u00e7ar, ens ensenyen l’afabet fon\u00e8tic per poder llegir els car\u00e0cters m\u00e9s endavant, el que es coneix com a pinyin, <\/em>i per postres, a Taiwan tamb\u00e9 ensenyen amb un altre alfabet fon\u00e8tic que es diu \u00abbopomofo<\/a>\u00ab. Realment \u00e9s tot un art aprendre a escriure b\u00e9 tots aquests car\u00e0cters, i tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s tot un art aprendre’ls de mem\u00f2ria!!<\/p>\n

En fi, que ara ja no tindr\u00e9 excusa per dir all\u00f2 de \u00abno em parlis en xino que no t’entenc\u00bb!<\/p>\n

I per celebrar que era l’\u00faltim dia de classe abans de les vacances de l’Any Nou Xin\u00e8s , i alhora, l’\u00faltim dia de classe del Paolo, vam anar a sopar en un restaurant<\/a> dissenyat com un avi\u00f3. I per haver resevat amb antelaci\u00f3, ens van posar en Primera Classe. La veritat \u00e9s que el menjar estava molt m\u00e9s bo que ens els avions i tenies m\u00e9s lloc als seients!<\/p>\n

To be more integrated between Taiwanese people, and try to make us undesrtand, Albert and me we have started our respective Chineses lessons. But,\u00a0 in different schools, different timetable and different places.<\/p>\n

It’s impressive how many things you can do with three hours everyday, from Monday to Friday!! Albert, due to his complicated timetable and various trips, he’s taking classes from time to time.<\/p>\n

My school<\/a> is near from home, I just have to cross the park :) And my class is like a small delegation of the United Nations: there is a boy from USA, an Italian boy, a Japanese girl and one Vietamese, who we don’t see very often. And the teacher (laoshi<\/em>), who is Taiwanese, she just speaks a few of English, so the class is almost all in Chinese! She makes us to work hard and we have to study and do homework everyday; it’s like going back to school.<\/p>\n

About Mandarin Chinese, we could say that grammar, unlike Catalan or Spanish grammar, is quite easy. However, the pronunciation (the wretched 5 tons!) and the Chinese Characters it’s another thing. At the beginning, we learn the phonetic alphabet\u00a0 to be able to read the Chinese symbols later on, what is known as pinyin<\/em>. And to do it more complicated, in Taiwan also teach another phonetic alphabet called \u00abbopomofo<\/a>\u00ab. Truly, this is an art to learn how to write all these symbols, and also it is an art to know them by heart!<\/p>\n

To celebrate the last day of class before Chinese New Year’s Eve, and also the last day of class for Paolo, we had dinner in a restaurant<\/a> designed as if it was inside a plane. As we booked in advance, we were placed at First Class. I have to say that the food was pretty much better than in the planes and we had more plece than the real seats!<\/p>\n
