Seguint criteris d&#8217;ubicaci\u00f3 a Taipei, tamany i preu ens va poder ensenyar uns 6 o 7 pisos.<\/p>\n<p>A Taipei, com a tot arreu, l&#8217;ubicaci\u00f3 es fa pagar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estem prop del Da-An Park (una mena de Parc de la Ciutadella per\u00f2 sense zoo ni Parlament). Ja farem alguna explicaci\u00f3 sobre aquest parc m\u00e9s endevant.<\/li>\n<li>Tenim dues universitats aprop (<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/National_Taiwan_University\" target=\"_blank\">Taida<\/a> i <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/National_Taiwan_Normal_University\" target=\"_blank\">Shida<\/a>), amb el que hi ha ambientillo i varietat de locals.<\/li>\n<li>Tenim 3 parades de metro en un radi de 10-15 minuts a peu (o m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid en bus).<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;Anna pot anar a l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/mlc.sce.pccu.edu.tw\/\" target=\"_blank\">escola de Xino<\/a>(Manadrin Learning Center) a peu i jo tardo uns 30 minuts a arribar a l&#8217;oficina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per no tenir mals de cap amb el pis vam agafar un pis moblat i en un edifici modern (construit fa 1 any i poc) . No publiquem l&#8217;adre\u00e7a exacta del pis per evitar que vinguin lladres quan anem de viatge. En qualsevol cas tenim porter 24h i sistema d&#8217;alarma.<\/p>\n<p>Per poder posar les fotos del pis hem hagut d&#8217;esperar que durant el cap de setmana ha fet sol per poder fer millors fotos :)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/picasaweb.google.es\/acanyi\/PisTaipei?authkey=Gv1sRgCIzS1s6Nh_DAtgE&#038;feat=directlink\">Pis a Taipei<\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px;\"><\/div>\n<p>Si teniu algun problema amb l&#8217;\u00e0lbum flash, podeu <a href=\"http:\/\/picasaweb.google.es\/acanyi\/PisTaipei?authkey=Gv1sRgCIzS1s6Nh_DAtgE&#038;feat=directlink\" target=\"_blank\">accedir directament al Picasa<\/a><!--:--><!--:en-->To find a flat we used an agent (Co Co) from <a href=\"http:\/\/house.soufun.com.tw\/\" target=\"_blank\">a local real state company<\/a> that already worked with my company in the past. Following our guidance on location, size and price she showed 6 or 7 flats.<\/p>\n<p>In Taipei, as anywhere in the world, good location is expensive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are close to Da-An Park (similar to \u00abParc de la Ciutadella\u00bb at Barcelona, but without Zoo or Parlament inside). We will post something about this park in the near future.<\/li>\n<li>We have two universities in our area(<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/National_Taiwan_University\" target=\"_blank\">Taida<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/National_Taiwan_Normal_University\" target=\"_blank\">Shida<\/a>), so there is student friendly atmosphere and a good number of places to enjoy.<\/li>\n<li>We have 3 MRT (Metro) stops in 10-15 minuts radius (or little bit less if you take the bus).<\/li>\n<li>Anna can reach her<a href=\"http:\/\/mlc.sce.pccu.edu.tw\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chinese school<\/a>(Manadrin Learning Center) walking 5 minutes and I spend around 30 minutes to reach the office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To avoid any headache, the flat is fully furnished in a brand new building (it was completed a year and a half ago). We do not publish the exact address to avoid burglars coming here when we will be out of the flat.
