Es tracta d&#8217;un acord molt important entre Taiwan i la Xina, el m\u00e9s important des de la guerra civil de fa 60 anys, en mat\u00e8ria econ\u00f2mica. Es reduiran o eliminaran arancels de 539 articles taiwanesos i 239 xinesos, que permetran estalviar uns 11.325 millons d&#8217;euros a Taiwan i 2.347 a la Xina continental. Les companyies taiwaneses tindran acc\u00e9s a sectors com el bancari o les assegurances i a la Xina arribar\u00e0 m\u00e9s tecnologia taiwanesa.<\/p>\n<p>El tema \u00e9s tan important que, per primer cop, a l&#8217;abril es va televisar un <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ECFA_Debate\" target=\"_blank\">debat sobre l&#8217;ECFA <\/a>entre l&#8217;actual <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ma_Ying-jeou\" target=\"_blank\">president<\/a> i la <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tsai_Ing-wen\">l\u00edder de l&#8217;oposici\u00f3<\/a>. Tot i que l&#8217;opini\u00f3 p\u00fablica est\u00e0 molt dividida, els analistes i les enquestes van donar un cert avantatge al president a favor de la firma de l&#8217;acord.<\/p>\n<p>A Taiwan hi ha dos partits pol\u00edtics amb visions enfrontades, els blaus (<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kuomintang\" target=\"_blank\">Chinese Nationalist Party, KMT<\/a>) i els verds (<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kuomintang\" target=\"_blank\">Democratic Progressive Party, DPP<\/a>).<br \/>\n<center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1492\" title=\"logos_blau_verd\" src=\"http:\/\/nomadscatalans.net\/fetataiwan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/logos_blau_verd.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"396\" height=\"157\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nomadscatalans.net\/fetataiwan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/logos_blau_verd.png 396w, https:\/\/nomadscatalans.net\/fetataiwan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/logos_blau_verd-300x118.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 396px) 100vw, 396px\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>El blaus (actualment al govern) estan a favor d&#8217;acostar-se m\u00e9s a la Xina i els verds defensen la independ\u00e8ncia de Taiwan. It is the most important agreement since the civil war 60 years ago. In principle it is mainly focused on economic aspects (reducing or eliminating import duties, Taiwanese companies gaining access to bank and insurance companies in mainland China, more Taiwanese technology in China, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>The issue is so important that back in April, and for first time ever, there was a televised <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ECFA_Debate\" target=\"_blank\">debate about ECFA <\/a>between the current <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ma_Ying-jeou\" target=\"_blank\">president<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tsai_Ing-wen\">the opposition leader<\/a>. Pools right after the debate showed a small % advantage in favor of the signature of the ECFA agreement.<\/p>\n<p>At Taiwan there are two political parties with confronted views, the blue party (<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kuomintang\" target=\"_blank\">Chinese Nationalist Party, KMT<\/a>) and the green party (<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kuomintang\" target=\"_blank\">Democratic Progressive Party, DPP<\/a>).<br \/>\n<center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1492\" title=\"logos_blau_verd\" src=\"http:\/\/nomadscatalans.net\/fetataiwan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/logos_blau_verd.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"396\" height=\"157\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nomadscatalans.net\/fetataiwan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/logos_blau_verd.png 396w, https:\/\/nomadscatalans.net\/fetataiwan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/logos_blau_verd-300x118.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 396px) 100vw, 396px\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>The blue party (the current president Ma is from blue party) is in favor of a closer relation with mainland China while the green party defends the independence of Taiwan.
