Pictures from the flat
To find a flat we used an agent (Co Co) from a local real state company that already worked with my company in the past. Following our guidance on location, size and price she showed 6 or 7 flats.
In Taipei, as anywhere in the world, good location is expensive:
- We are close to Da-An Park (similar to “Parc de la Ciutadella” at Barcelona, but without Zoo or Parlament inside). We will post something about this park in the near future.
- We have two universities in our area(Taida and Shida), so there is student friendly atmosphere and a good number of places to enjoy.
- We have 3 MRT (Metro) stops in 10-15 minuts radius (or little bit less if you take the bus).
- Anna can reach herChinese school(Manadrin Learning Center) walking 5 minutes and I spend around 30 minutes to reach the office.
To avoid any headache, the flat is fully furnished in a brand new building (it was completed a year and a half ago). We do not publish the exact address to avoid burglars coming here when we will be out of the flat. In any case there is 24h security guard and an alarm system.
To post these pictures of the flat we had to wait for a sunny day in order to share better pictures :)

Que sapigueu que tenim la mateixa taula negra amb cadires a la cuina, i la taula baixa blanca pel menjador, pero aquesta la tenim en negre :) IKEA RULES….

Anna, he vist que les neules de xocolata al final no van poder ser! No passa res, així no hauràs de cremar tanta energia a la cinta estàtica; ara no tens excusa!
