East meets West

Just by chance I recently found an article about a book/exhibition “Ost trifft West” (aka East Meets West) that depicts the differences of German & Chinese culture using easy to understand images.

After almost 5 months in Taipei I couldn’t agree more on the comparisons that Liu Yang makes on various topics.  In any case Germans are different than Spaniards, so not all cases fully apply. Enjoy and leave comments! :)

Liu Yang was born in 1979 in Beijing, China. She moved to Germany in 1990 and lives there since. She established Yang Liu Design institute in Berlin in 2004.
